End of Year Schedule

Good afternoon everyone,

As we approach the end of another school year, I just wanted to share out some important dates and activities. While the assessment week schedule has already been sent out, below are some more specifics:

Monday, June 13th – Locker Clean Out (all lockers must be removed and cleaned by Friday, June 17th). Also NOW is the time to return all of your signed out library books to the library please.

June 15th – Numeracy 10 Assessment in B Block (PreCalc 10 students)

June 16th – A block assessment (morning) & Literacy 10 Assessment for A Block students
C block assessment (afternoon) & Literacy 10 Assessment for C Block students

Friday, June 17th – B block assessment (morning) & C block assessment (afternoon)

Monday, June 20th – Course Completion Day — Grade 7/8s have regular classes & 9-12 students are
welcome to attend to complete missing work.
PAC Meeting at 3:45 pm

June 21st – Course Completion Day — Grade 7/8s have regular classes & 9-12 students are
welcome to attend to complete missing work.

June 22nd – School Wide morning at the movies (Salmar Theatre)….permission slips will be coming home
today. Lunch will be provided upon return. Leadership activities to follow. Thank you
to our amazing PAC for sponsoring this free event for our students!

June 23rd – Last day of school. Busses arrive at 11:30 am. 9:30 am – school wide pancake breakfast in grade groups; 10:30 am – short assembly in the gym. After the assembly, report cards will be given out in grade groups.
