Forms, Forms and more Forms!

Please review the attached document as it lets you know which CONSENT FORMS need to be completed by parents and students.  They are very important to the start up process at school.  For example, the “District Cloud Services” form will give students full use of the Office 365 online (Word, Excel, Powerpoint…) at SCHOOL and at HOME.
