Helpful Information for the End of School Year at ERS

The last day of school will be Thursday, June 24th. Between now and then students will still be working on assignments in classrooms, completing year end assessments and participating in some school wide activities. Below is an overview of what the next week will look like:

1. Thursday, June 17th (today) – Grad Lunch (12 pm); Street Painting and Dinner (4 pm); Grad 2021 at the Drive In –
8:30 pm doors open.

2. Friday, June 18th – ALL LIBRARY BOOKS ARE DUE TO THE LIBRARY

3. Monday, June 21st – LOCKER CLEAN OUT (all contents must be removed) and Grad Field Trip to Revelstoke (bus
leaves at 8 am) AND PAC Meeting at 3:45 pm

4. Tuesday, June 22nd – Course Completion Day (Grade 7/8s are in full session; Grade 9-12s only attend if they are
behind in course work)

5. Wednesday, June 23rd – Bus leaves for Salmar Theatre at 9:25 am; Lunch will be provided to students when they
return back to the school and then there will be leadership organized games in the afternoon.

NOTES ABOUT THE MOVIE: Students will not be able to bring food onto the bus (this includes left over popcorn
from the movies) -please be respectful of this request. Students MUST have a signed permission slip in order to
come on the field trip.

6. Thursday, June 24th – Students will be having breakfast with their grad group and then they will be given their
report cards. Busses will be arriving to school at 11:30 am to take students home (this is 4 hours earlier than
normal).
